Include these details with your inquiry

Product

Provide the Yuanzhou model number, product category or a clear description of the item. If you are sourcing a new product, include its intended use and main dimensions.

Quantity

State the required quantity for each model. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model. If the order contains several products or sizes, list the quantity of each one separately.

Market

Tell us the destination country and sales channel, such as retail, online distribution, foodservice or wholesale. This helps us review finish, packaging, labeling and test requirements.

OEM or Existing Model

Confirm whether you want an established catalog model, a modification to an existing product or a fully customized development. If you know the product code, include it in the form.

Surface Finish

Choose vegetable-oil pre-seasoned or enamel coating. For enamel projects, provide a color reference and indicate the required interior and exterior finish.

Packaging

Standard packing uses blister packing with an outer carton. State whether you require a standard carton or a customized color box, and attach any packaging specification or artwork already available.

Logo

Describe where the logo should appear: on the product, an accessory, the packaging or printed materials. Vector artwork is preferred for technical review.

Delivery Time

Provide the required shipment or arrival date. Lead time is confirmed after the product, quantity, finish, customization, packaging and inspection scope have been reviewed.

TECHNICAL FILES

Upload drawings for new or modified products

For a new mold or structural change, attach the available 2D or 3D drawing with dimensions, tolerances and component details. PDF, DWG or clearly exported drawing files are suitable for the first review.

If the drawing is incomplete, add notes explaining the cooking use, required capacity, target weight, handles, lid, knobs, wooden parts and any surfaces that need machining. The technical team may request additional information before confirming feasibility or tooling cost.

REFERENCE MATERIAL

Attach images or documents that clarify the request

Upload clear product photographs, a marked catalog page, a reference sample image or an existing specification sheet. Show more than one angle when the handle, lid, cooking surface or base construction is important.

Reference material is used to understand the product direction. Final dimensions, construction and manufacturing feasibility still require technical confirmation.

OEM / ODM REQUIREMENTS

Describe every element that needs to be customized

List the requested changes to product size, structure, surface finish, enamel color, handles, lids, knobs, wooden bases, accessories, logo and packaging. For a product range, identify which details must remain consistent across all models.

If a new mold is required, include the expected annual volume and target launch schedule. This gives the factory the context needed to review tooling and production planning.

SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS

State what the sample must confirm

Tell us whether you need an existing product sample, a custom finish sample, a logo sample, a packaging sample or a complete pre-production unit. Existing models follow a different preparation route from new molds, custom enamel colors and printed packaging.

Include the delivery address, courier account if available and the date by which the sample is needed. Sample cost and timing are confirmed after the required scope has been reviewed.

How your inquiry is handled

1. Information check — Sales reviews the form and confirms whether the key product, quantity, market and delivery details are complete. 2. Technical review — Engineering checks the existing model, customization or new-mold requirements and identifies any missing information. 3. Commercial review — The team confirms the applicable MOQ, sampling route, packaging scope, expected lead time and quotation basis. 4. Buyer confirmation — You receive the available options and any questions that must be resolved before sampling or order approval.

Complex projects may require a drawing review, artwork confirmation or video meeting before a formal quotation can be completed.

Our team aims to acknowledge complete inquiries within one business day. Requests involving existing models can usually be assessed faster than projects requiring new molds, custom components or incomplete drawings.
