A sourcing team needs to confirm more than price. Product structure, finish, approved samples, packing protection and repeat-order consistency all affect whether a cookware program can be supplied reliably. This page explains how Yuanzhou organizes those decisions and links them to real catalog models.

One manufacturer for casting through export packing

Cast iron cookware moves through several connected processes. Casting establishes the body and weight. Grinding and surface preparation affect the cooking surface and the way seasoning or enamel is applied. Inspection must follow the approved specification, while packing must protect a heavy product through storage and international transport.

Yuanzhou coordinates these stages within one manufacturing system. The commercial specification, approved sample and packaging requirements are reviewed together before mass production. This reduces the risk of one department working from a different product reference.

Product programs built from verified models

The website presents a selected range of Dutch ovens, casseroles, skillets, frying pans, grill pans, griddles, bakeware and foodservice servingware. Each featured model is linked to a product page that reproduces available size, weight and carton-quantity data from the Yuanzhou catalog.

Existing models give buyers a faster starting point because the casting structure is already defined. A new program can then focus on finish, color, logo, accessories and packaging. When an existing model is not suitable, drawings or physical references can be reviewed for ODM and mold development.

Seasoned and enameled production routes

Pre-seasoned cookware requires controlled surface preparation, oil application, drying and moisture-conscious packing. Enameled cookware adds decisions about interior treatment, exterior color, gloss direction, exposed rim details and firing approval. The appropriate route is confirmed by model and destination market.

Color and surface approval should be based on a physical sample. Screen images are useful for direction but cannot establish a final enamel standard. The approved sample records the finish together with logo placement, accessories and presentation requirements.

OEM manufacturing without unsupported claims

Quotation begins with concrete project information: model or drawing, order quantity, destination market, preferred finish, logo method, packaging and delivery target. Yuanzhou does not publish one universal lead time or price because the correct answer depends on those choices.

The normal development sequence is requirement review, model selection, quotation, sample preparation, sample approval, mass production, inspection and shipment. Buyers receive a clearer result when artwork, performance expectations and packing details are supplied early.

Inspection tied to the approved specification

Incoming materials and components are checked before use. Process inspection covers casting condition, grinding, finish application and assembly points relevant to the model. Final inspection reviews appearance, dimensions, weight, accessory fit, logo, labels, carton quantity and packing condition.

Food-contact testing such as LFGB or FDA-related evaluation is arranged against the product, coating system and destination-market requirement. A generic factory statement is not a substitute for a test report applicable to the ordered construction.

What to include in a supplier inquiry

Name the products or model numbers you are considering and provide an estimated quantity for each. Add the market where the cookware will be sold, whether you need seasoning or enamel, the intended logo method, packaging format and required delivery window.

If the project uses a new shape, upload a drawing, reference photo or technical file through the RFQ form. Complete information allows engineering and sales to identify the right production route before responding.

Practical Questions

Before you send an inquiry

Can buyers begin with existing Yuanzhou models?

Yes. Existing catalog models provide confirmed structures and available specification variants. Finish, branding, accessories and packaging are reviewed for the selected model.

Can Yuanzhou develop a custom cast iron product?

Yes. ODM and mold development can be evaluated from a drawing or physical reference. Feasibility, tooling, sampling, MOQ and timing are confirmed after technical review.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide model numbers or drawings, quantity, market, finish, logo, packaging and delivery target. These details determine the applicable manufacturing and commercial terms.

Are food-contact reports available for every model?

Testing must correspond to the actual material and coating system. Required LFGB, FDA-related or buyer-specific testing is therefore reviewed per project rather than claimed universally.
