Integrated OEM Manufacturing
OEM Cast Iron Cookware Manufacturer
Yuanzhou manufactures cast iron cookware for importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice suppliers and private-label brands. Existing models, custom finishes, branding, packaging and new product development are managed through one factory-based production system.
Cast iron cookware programs built around the buyer’s market
An OEM cookware project starts with the market, not the factory catalog. Product shape, weight, finish, color, packaging, target price and inspection requirements all depend on where and how the collection will be sold. A restaurant supplier may need durable serving pieces and bulk packing. A retail brand may need coordinated colors, branded cartons and a consistent family of skillets, casseroles and grill pans. An importer may prefer established models that can move from sampling to production with fewer development steps.
Yuanzhou supports both routes. Buyers can select from more than 500 existing product models or submit drawings, samples and reference products for an ODM review. The objective is to establish a specification that the factory can repeat from the approved sample through every production order.

Integrated production from casting to export packing
Cast iron cookware passes through several operations that directly affect fit, finish and consistency. Yuanzhou coordinates casting, grinding, machining, seasoning, enameling, inspection, wood accessory production, assembly and packaging within an integrated manufacturing system. This gives the production team a common reference for the approved dimensions, surface condition, coating, logo position and packing method.
Rough castings are checked before surface preparation. Grinding and machining remove casting residue and prepare functional areas. Products then follow the approved finish route: vegetable-oil seasoning for bare cast iron programs, or enamel application and firing for coated cookware. Finished pieces move through visual and dimensional checks before accessories and packaging are assembled.
For buyers, integrated manufacturing reduces handoffs between unrelated suppliers. It also makes it easier to investigate a production issue because the casting, finishing and packing records belong to the same order workflow.
Product categories for retail, wholesale and foodservice
The product range covers enameled and pre-seasoned cookware for different channels and price positions. Core categories include Dutch ovens and casseroles, skillets and frying pans, grill pans and griddles, bakeware and roasting pans, hot pots, barbecue cookware, sizzler plates and cast iron servingware. Many models are available in multiple sizes, while selected designs can be reviewed as coordinated product families.
For a first order, an existing mold usually provides the clearest route to sampling and cost evaluation. Buyers developing a distinctive shape can use the ODM process to review drawings, tooling feasibility, target weight, handle structure and mold cost before a prototype is produced.

Surface finish influences product use, maintenance, appearance and retail positioning. Pre-seasoned cookware is treated with vegetable oil and is commonly selected for skillets, griddles, camping products and restaurant serving pieces. Enameled cookware provides a coated cooking or exterior surface and supports color-led retail collections.
Custom enamel colors can be reviewed against a buyer’s Pantone reference. Color approval should be based on a physical sample because glaze, firing and cast iron substrate can affect the final appearance. Matte and gloss direction, interior color, exterior color and exposed rim treatment should all be recorded in the approved specification. For seasoned products, the oil treatment, surface appearance and rust-prevention packing requirements are confirmed before production.
Private-label branding and retail packaging
Branding can be applied to the cookware, accessories and packaging according to the product structure. Options may include a cast logo, lid or knob marking, wood-base marking, printed carton, retail box, sleeve, care guide, barcode label and export carton mark. Not every marking method is suitable for every model, so logo artwork and placement should be reviewed before quotation or sampling.
Packaging is planned around both presentation and protection. Heavy cast iron products require secure internal support, suitable carton strength and a packing method that limits movement during international transport. Yuanzhou can coordinate bulk cartons for commercial supply or branded retail packaging for store and online sales. Buyer artwork is checked against the approved dieline before printing.
Quality control based on the approved specification
Quality control begins before final inspection. Incoming materials and components are checked against production requirements. During manufacturing, inspection points cover casting condition, dimensions, weight, grinding, coating or seasoning, accessory fit and visible defects. Packing inspection confirms product protection, labels, carton marks and quantities before shipment.
Food-contact testing requirements are handled by project. Buyers should identify the destination market and required standard when requesting a quotation. LFGB, FDA-related or buyer-specific testing arrangements must be confirmed for the product, finish and order concerned rather than assumed from a different model.

Information needed for an accurate OEM quotation
A complete request reduces unnecessary follow-up and allows the factory to evaluate the correct product and process. Include the product category or model number, order quantity, destination market, finish, color, logo method, packaging, food-contact or inspection requirement and requested delivery date. For new development, attach drawings, reference photographs or a sample specification. Target price information can also help the team identify whether an existing model or a custom route is more appropriate.
Standard MOQ information shown on the website is a starting point. Final MOQ, sample timing and production lead time depend on the selected model, finish, customization, packaging and current production schedule.
